AOE-Sunac Chongqing one central mansion sales office was special mention as Excellent Communications Design in Architecture on German Design Award Special 2019.

The German Design Award is the highest design award in Germany, It's very demanding in the industry. The project can only enter the competition for the Design Award if it has already been awarded a national or international design prize. Another precondition for entry is that companies must been nominated by the Ministries and Senators of the Federal States or by the Federal Ministry Of Economics and Technology.
